Hey everyone,
I know that you all have been praying for Myles like crazy but I need for you to pray even harder. He took a terrible turn for the worst last night and his prognosis is not looking good. His blood pressure has dropped to 50/20, he has sepsis (blood poisoning) and his white blood count has gone off the chart. They thought that he would need emergency surgery this morning because his stomach is three times the normal size (distention) but he is too weak for surgery so they are going to tube him to see if that can fix this problem. He is pretty much unconscience right now.
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY....................I CAN NOT LOSE MY SON.
I truly don't know how much more he can take. Will try to keep you posted the best that I can.

I hope this turn for the bad passes soon. He is strong, and a willing spirit to carry on, and I hope that he pulls through ! If there is anything we can do let me and kim know.Snowed again last night and has melted off so far, say it is suppose to be a nice weekend so I guess I will do some work around the place. Suzie called last night and said she is grabbing the dogs this morning to take to her house and check on things over at your guys place. I tried to e-mail you sherry wed. and it kept returning my message. I think that was a cool thing that Doug did for myles and it shows you how much the community is pulling for him. OMG!! I can't believe it. I'm so sorry he's so sick. I know in my heart that he will turn back around and get better soon. He is such a strong person, that nothing can stop him. Try to be as optimistic as possible and send him good "vibes". If everyone thinks positively, it will give him that extra strength to fight this. I hope that you are still taking care of yourself. If you're not healthy and well rested, you'll make yourself sick and wind up in the hospital soon, too. I love you all so much. I'm so glad that Aaron and Tuyet are there with you. Just knowing that they are by his side will lift Myles' spirits and help him even more. Aaron is such a great big brother and so close to Myles that him just being there is probably doing wonders to his health that you might not be able to know. Be good to yourselves and be there for Myles and everything will work out. Get plenty of rest. I love you.

Please tell us what YOU need. What Myles needs, Aaron . . . whatever! Dear sweet Jesus, PLEASE help Myles. Please guide all those that care for him, provide him all the therapy that he requires. All the antibiotics that will help with his sepsis, and heal his abdominal discomfort without surgery. Help the tubes that are used, decompress his abdominal distention. Continue to heal his burns Lord. Provide comfort and rest to Sherry, Lord. She's a great mom that loves her Boys. Continue to help Aaron! Continue to comfort his soul, Lord. There is NO doubt that he loves his brother. WE ask all of this,through Jesus Christ Our Lord, AMEN.

Myles you have to get better! we miss you so much in school. language arts is no fun without you your really strong and we all know you can make it through this. in math we have a new student also and she's also in our language arts class her name is Abbie o and also in math we got new seating arrangements i don't even think she gave u a seat Mrs. Vickers is just plain evil and she was voted teacher of the year we couldn't beleive it! we miss you so much Get well soon

Uncle Myles here, Sherry did you get my e-mail? This is the one thing I was totally scared about. With all his surgeries and the illness that he has, it's crunch time. We now have to worry and pray for Myles's strenght. I don't think he know's it or maybe you but he has to focus and battle this problem. He needs encouragement and will. This is a tough one honey but you can do this for yourself and everyone that loves you. There are so many people praying for you and truly God is holding you ever so gently. Your sister Jenna is right...We must be optimisitic and send you all the good vibes. Ya know, Sgt. Myles the Fireman, your're going to excel in life and save many lives because there is a purpose for you here and God knows that. He works in our lives. Trust Him. He works mysterious ways and creates adversity so that He can draw us all closer to Him. Even though things seem to be rough on the outside we have the inner peace that God gives us and we trust Him. Don't worry Sherry we are all praying really hard. We have prayer chain going on right this very minute. I mean everyone like all of the church. Taylor is here and is calling all of her friends and so am I. I have a feeling Myles is going to be fine because of our prayers. Keep praying and your prayers will be answered.
